9. The Société shall forward the application to the minister responsible for the administration of the Tourist Accommodation Act (chapter H-1.01).

The minister responsible for the administration of the Tourist Accommodation Act, in accordance with this Act and the regulations, shall determine the eligibility of the tourist project contained in the application, after assessing its relevance.

The minister responsible for the administration of the Tourist Accommodation Act, in accordance with this Act and the regulations, shall determine the eligibility of a business for financial assistance provided for in the second paragraph of section 3.

The minister responsible for the administration of the Tourist Accommodation Act shall transmit to the Société the results of his analysis and, where such is the case, his assessment.

9. The Corporation shall forward the application to the Minister.

The Minister, in accordance with this Act and the regulations, shall determine the eligibility of the tourist project contained in the application, after assessing its relevance.

9. The Minister shall study the application and determine whether or not the business fulfils the conditions prescribed by this act and the regulations.

If the business fulfils the conditions prescribed by this act and the regulations, the Minister shall so notify the applicant and transmit the application to the Corporation.

If the conditions are not fulfilled, the Minister shall notify the applicant that his application has been refused.
